Hello Indivisibles –
Rain, snow, sleet, or shine, our South Hero Honk and Wave team – led by Berney and John – has spent the spring standing up to defend our democracy. Passing along their note of thanks to you all:
A gigantic “Shout Out” of appreciation to our intrepid group of ICI members who ‘Show Up” to every Friday “Honk and Wave” in South Hero to push back against the Trump regime. We chat, we smile, we laugh and hold our signs of resistance high. Long lines of cars heading home or to the ferry support us with honks, smiles and “thumbs up”. Friendship grows and resistance hardens. We will not allow our democracy to be destroyed. Thank you for showing up dear friends.
